This was delicious, after cooking the chicken in the saute pan for 4 minutes on one side, I flipped it and added like 2 cups+ of sliced button mushrooms and brushed some of the sauce on the top of those and on the chicken. It came out beautifully, and was SO delicious.

This was a big hit in my house. My four year old and one year old even loved it.

Delicious! And smells amazing. My roommates were impressed. Served with wild rice, definitely making this again!

This recipe was easy and excellent! Served with steamed green beans and mashed sweet potatoes with toasted minced pecans on top. Both went very well with the balsamic vinegar flavor. Served to company, but will quick enough for a simple weeknight dinner.

The flavor from the sauce was delicious. It wouldn't thicken up, though. I had to cheat and use cornstarch.

Very good. Even my fussy 14 year old likes it! Added a tad corn starch to thicken the liquid mixture a little

Great flavor from the combination of the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, and easy to prepare. The sauce got only slightly syrupy, but that was fine as it also sauced the quinoa I served as an accompaniment, along with sauteed green beans, onions, and carrots.

This is a family favorite - both the 8yo and the hubby enjoy this one. I dice the chicken before putting in the marinade and make it into a stir fry adding onions, bell peppers, and broccoli after sauteing the chicken. Skip the oven. Double the sauce if you're going to do this.
