  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 (5-ounce) package spring mix salad greens (such as Fresh Express)
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes (about 5 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled blue cheese (such as Maytag)


  1. 1. Combine vinaigrette and honey in a large bowl. Add spring mix, tomatoes, and onions; toss well to coat. Sprinkle with pepper and cheese; toss gently.
