  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup pre-shredded fresh
  • Parmesan cheese
