Baked Trout Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. trout fillets
  • 1 C. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbls. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbls. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • paprika
  • Place fish in a greased shallow 3-qt. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt; spread over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, @ 350 for 20 - 25 mins. or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
