  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 (10-ounce) tomatoes, sliced in half horizontally

How to Make It
