  • 4 (8-ounce) sweet potatoes
  • 5 teaspoons butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. 1. Pierce each potato several times with a fork. Microwave at HIGH 14 minutes or until tender, turning after 7 minutes.
  2. 2. Cut a slit into each potato. Combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon; divide mixture evenly among sweet potatoes.
