Ingredients

4 (8-ounce) sweet potatoes
5 teaspoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

1. Pierce each potato several times with a fork. Microwave at HIGH 14 minutes or until tender, turning after 7 minutes.

2. Cut a slit into each potato. Combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon; divide mixture evenly among sweet potatoes.
