What a wonderful recipe! I fix this for guests and have never had a complaint. Easy, and just wonderful.

My 4 year old daughter and I just made this for lunch to test the recipe. YUM! I may try substituting maple syrup for the sugar next time. Great recipe for company and simple enough to make with your kids!

The mixed berry sauce I made for this was delicious but the pancake itself has no flavor. It does have a nice fluffy texture though but another recipe on here 'custardy oven pancake' is very similar only better tasting.
