- 1/2 teaspoon(s) SEASONED SALT
- 2 EGGS
- 1/3 cup(s) GRATED PARM. CHEESE
- 5 tablespoon(s) BUTTER, MELTED
- 2 cup(s) (16 OZ.) SM. CURD COTTAGE CHEESE
- 4 cup(s) (16 OZ.) SHREDDED MOZZ. CHEESE
Preparation
- COOK SPAG. ACCORDING TO PKG. DIRECTIONS. COOK MEAT AND ONION OVER MED. HEAT; DRAIN. STIR IN SAUCE AND SEASONED SALT; SET ASIDE. IN LG. BOWL, WHISK EGGS, PARM. CHEESE AND BUTTER. DRAIN SPAG.; ADD TO EGG MIX AND TOSS TO COAT. PLACE 1/2 OF SPAG. MIX IN A GREASED 13X9X2 BAKING DISH. TOP WITH 1/2 OF COTTAGE CHEESE, MEAT SAUCE AND MOZ. CHEESE. REPEAT LAYERS. COVER AND BAKE AT 350* FOR 40 MIN. UNCOVER; BAKE 20-25 MIN. LONGER.
