This is undoubtedly both the best and easiest Shrimp recipes that I have ever tried. I have been cooking for 56 years and I wouldn't fix shrimp any other way. Even the lemon slices with their peel are completely edible and delicious. I use about 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp and that is about the perfect amount. Just be sure that you serve some French bread or cooked rice because the lemony juice is so delicious.

- 1 stick(s) butter
- 1 lemon, sliced
- fresh shrimp
- 1 package(s) Zesty Italian salad dressing mix
- Melt the butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle the Zesty Italian. Put it in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
