Baked Salmon with garlic, lime, & dill

Ingredients

  • 2 pound(s) Pink salmon fillets cut into 4 equal portions
  • 3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon(s) garlic freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lime juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon(s) dill weed fresh
  • 1 teaspoon(s) tabasco sauce
  • 4 sprig(s) dill for garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

To make the baste combine all ingredients except the salmon. Thoroughly coat both sides of each fillet with the baste mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes

Serve with steamed asparagus and rice, using leftover baste mix over the rice
