Ingredients
- 2 pound(s) Pink salmon fillets cut into 4 equal portions
- 3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon(s) garlic freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon(s) lime juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon(s) lime zest
- 1 tablespoon(s) dill weed fresh
- 1 teaspoon(s) tabasco sauce
- 4 sprig(s) dill for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- To make the baste combine all ingredients except the salmon. Thoroughly coat both sides of each fillet with the baste mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes
- Serve with steamed asparagus and rice, using leftover baste mix over the rice
