Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Rice
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Vanilla
  • 3/4 cup(s) Cream

Preparation

  1. Cook 1 1/2 cups of rice in water. In a separate bowl, mix 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1TBS vanilla and 3/4cream. Pour mixture over rice and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in cake pan ar 350 degrees F until done.
