  • 12 slice(s) Bacon - cooked & crumbled
  • 2/3 cup(s) Butter
  • 2/3 cup(s) Flour
  • 4 Green Onions - diced
  • 4 Large Baked Potatoes, cooled, peeled, diced
  • 7 cup(s) Milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) Pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounce(s) Sour Cream


  1. In large stock pot melt butter and stir in flour, cook until smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and stir until thick. Add potatoes and green onions. Cook and stir until bubbly. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min., stirring occasionaly. Remove from heat and add bacon, cheese, sour cream and salt and pepper.
