Baked plaice

  • 1 plaice fillet per person
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon per plaice
  • dried oregano
  • sea salt


  1. 1. Cover bottom of baking dish with olive oil
  2. 2. Place plaice skin side down on baking dish
  3. 3. Pour over juice of 1/2 lemon per plaice
  4. 4. Sprinkle with dried oregano, sea salt and pepper
  5. 5. Marinate for at least 30 min
  6. 6. Bake until brown
