- 3 cup(s) quick oats
- 1 cup(s) sugar
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 1/2 cup(s) melted butter
- 2 egg
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, add fruit (apples, peaches, raisins, etc) if desired. Spread in 9x13 pan. Bake 25-30 minutes.
