I didn't have bourbon, so I used coconut rum. It was really delicious.

This was delicious, not too sweet as I had feared it would be. It got rave reviews from everyone who tried it. I will file this one with my favorite recipes.

This was very easy to make and big hit at the family Easter dinner. We plan to make it again, definitely. The bourbon flavor is pronounced so if your guests are not bourbon lovers, you might want to cut back to 1/3 c.
