1 (5- to 5 1/2-pound) center-cut, fully cooked ham slice, about 3 inches thick
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
How to Make It
Combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, water, and vinegar, stirring well. Place ham slice in a greased roasting pan; pour brown sugar mixture over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour, basting frequently.
Combine remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture evenly over ham slice. Bake, uncovered, 1 additional hour, basting frequently with pan drippings. Let ham stand 10 minutes before slicing.
