  • 2 cups diced, cooked ham
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips


  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese, and top with potato chips. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Serve hot.
