Baked Ham Salad

2 cups diced, cooked ham
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon grated onion
Salt to taste
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips


Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese, and top with potato chips. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Serve hot.
