I served this for a party with a "breakfast" theme. Everyone had seconds and thirds and wanted the recipe. I will keep this recipe handy to make often. (I also served orange pecan french toast, hash brown casserole 2005) and oatmeal apple honey cake)

I thought I hated grits until I tried this. Absolutely fabulous!! A great new side dish for anytime of the day not just breakfast. This is something I have reccommended to many.

Loved this grits variation! The spinach gives it great color, the Caesar dressing gives it great flavor, and the croutons give it great crunch. Great as a side dish for steak or for brunch!

This is easy to make and full of flavor. I used fresh spinach rather than frozen. This is very "garlicky" and if you don't like that, I recommend changing up the croutons.
