Toni Beckers recipe from her family in Trenton, N.J. that is a favorite during the holidays. this is great with Ham , Pork, Roast Chicken or Turkey . Good for Breakfast Brunch too. Guarenteed to be a real hit

Ingredients

  • 1 can 20 oz pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 can Large sliced peaches drained
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 3 McIntosh apples peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 can cherry pie filling 21 oz
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Preparation

  1. On a 2 qt casserole put all the ingredients and stir together
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg to taste and.... I taste lots
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 1/2 hrs
  5. cover for the first hour and then uncover for the last 30 minutes
