  • 1 Loaf Challa bread
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 cup(s) plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 4 ounce(s) jam


  1. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes, set aside Beat eggs, add yogurt,salt, sugar and cinnamon.Add cubed bread, coating well. Combine softened(room temp) cream cheese with jam. Pour into a greased 13X9 inch pan, cover and refrigerate overnight. Spoon in cream cheese/jam mixture right before baking. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
