Baked Eggs en Cocotte with Onions

    This recipe was very easy to put together, but I was unsure as to when the eggs were done. I left them in a little longer than I should have since the whites were not cooked enough yet. Next time I will take them out sooner. Will make again.

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This is a great addition to any breakfast repertoire. It was quite simple and delicious. I had a challenge keeping the yolk intact, but it still cooked perfectly.
