My family really enjoyed this for brunch, it was easy and looked wonderful! I made this for a crowd of 16 and served it with a tomato soup in cups, as suggested. We thought it would also be good with hollandaise sauce. It was a big hit!

I love this recipe - turns out perfect each and every time. Sadly, some cookbook author wannabe has stolen both the photo and the recipe and published in her book and online on her web as HERS! Used Costco pretzel rolls to make this and they turned out great! Didn't use the cream and didn't need it. Made for a large group coming over for brunch, everyone loved them.

I'm not sure if I used the wrong rolls, but this recipe had too much bread for my liking. If I try it again, I am going to look for smaller rolls.
