    We all enjoyed this dish very much. The only one that was not thrilled was my 11 year old son. Although it was very good, my mind kept trying to figure out what was missing. Next time I will add one of our favorite seasonings or spices, as long as you do not add too much, I believe that anyone can safely do the same.

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This is one of our favorites. Made it for 13 people in my boyfriend's hometown in Galicia, Spain where they have some of the best seafood in the world. It was a hit, and everyone is asking for the recipe. I used the traditional salted cod which we had to soak in water for 2 days prior. I definitely recommend to stick with the fresh cod.

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    I always have leftovers (just me) so I have to be clever with disguising them! Saw the potato component and had a piece of fish I needed to cook (Paiche)... I took leftover fish chowder, incorporated the saffron and browned chorizo, and topped with the Paiche. Turned out better than I expected-yum!
