Baked Citrus-Herb Salmon

    I've made this several times and it never fails to be wonderful. The salmon is always moist and delicately flavored -- great change from the sweet glaze. I've baked the salmon in the oven and have also grilled it (wrapped in foil). I've subsituted different citrus, including kumquats. This is definitely a keeper.

    Guests have LOVED this!! And my kids do, too! It is expensive but easy and the aroma when you take off the foil in unbelievable. ANd there is a wow factor
