Bacon Wrapped Chestnuts
- 1 pound(s) bacon
- 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1 cup(s) ketchup
- 3 can(s) whole water chestnuts
- 2 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
- Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around 1 chestnut. Hold together with toothpicks. Place on cookie sheet and broil until brown (450 deg. for 8 minutes). Whisk ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Spread sauce over bacon-wrapped chestnuts. Bake at 350 deg. for 20 minutes. Caution: VERY HOT when first removed from oven.
