Sweet, savory, and salty: what more could you ask for? Fresh pears find new life when topped with center-cut bacon and a little balsamic glaze. 

How to Make It

Combine goat cheese and yogurt. Spread evenly into pear halves. Wrap each pear half with 1 slice bacon, and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Place baking sheet in cold oven; bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Turn broiler to high; broil 1 minute. Drizzle 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze over each pear.
