1 ounce goat cheese
2 tablespoons plain nonfat Greek yogurt
4 ripe cored Bartlett pear halves
4 slices center-cut bacon
4 teaspoons balsamic glaze
How to Make It
Combine goat cheese and yogurt. Spread evenly into pear halves. Wrap each pear half with 1 slice bacon, and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Place baking sheet in cold oven; bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Turn broiler to high; broil 1 minute. Drizzle 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze over each pear.
