Ingredients

  • 8 slice(s) Bacon Cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 cup(s) New red potatoes Cubed
  • 1 cup(s) Onion Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) Evaporated Milk
  • 10 3/4 ounce(s) Cream of Chicken soup
  • 8 ounce(s) Whole Kernal Corn
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Tyme Leaf

Preparation

  1. Add cut bacon into a 3qt. sauce pan and cook bacon. Add Onion and Potatoes and cook until potatoes are done (15-20 min). Add remaining ingredients and cook until heated through (10-12 min)
