This fun, bacon-y twist on nigiri sushi makes a great party snack. Don’t forget the Sriracha.

Ingredients

  • 1 (7.4-ounce) package Annie Chun's white sticky rice
  • 2 slices cooked and finely chopped center-cut bacon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Sriracha
  • 2 slices cooked center-cut bacon, halved

How to Make It

  1. Combine rice, finely chopped bacon, green onions, sesame seeds, vinegar, and sugar. Shape rice mixture into 4 oblong portions. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Top each portion with 1 dot of Sriracha and 1/2 slice bacon.
