  • 1 tablespoon refrigerated horseradish
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 6 croissants, split
  • 6 Havarti cheese slices
  • 1 1/2 pounds sliced roasted turkey
  • 6 bacon slices, cooked
  • 2 cups loosely packed arugula
  • 1/4 cup whole grain Dijon mustard


  1. Stir horseradish into peach preserves. Layer 1 side of 6 croissant halves with cheese, turkey, pear preserves mixture, bacon, and arugula. Spread 1 side of remaining 6 bread slices with mustard, and place, mustard sides down, on arugula.
