Quite bland . . even with added tomato.

I really enjoyed the variation on the typical scrambled egg and bacon sandwich. I used jalapeño bacon and watercress...not because I'm that creative...it was all I had on hand. It was delicious! Will have again soon.

Oh my goodness! I love this bacon and egg sandwich! I made it tonight for dinner & my husband, who likes scambled egg sandwiches, loved this one. The shot of hotsauce in the caramelized onions really gave them a zing. All the different ingredients, from the arugula to the onions, just worked perfectly together. This will be one I will make again.

I thought this was delicious and really easy. It made a perfect lunch. I only gave it 4 stars, because it wasn't super filling, but if you added a cup of soup or something I think it would be perfect. I will definitely make this again.

This was a good inspirational recipe. In retrospect it's not really the kind of thing you need a recipe for, but the caramelized onions were a nice add.

My husband liked this so much he asked me to make them again the very next night. We've had them 3 times already this month. I used spinach instead of arugula, but that was the only change.

Wonderful! Happened to have everything on hand so threw together for lunch. I'm not even a big fan of "non-scrambled" eggs but the runny yoke was so good!

Yumma-palooza! Loved the addition of the onions, and many yummy sounds were made while eating this last night. And only 7 pts!!

Great special lunch or breakfast sandwich. Make it at the same time as the onion soup.
