  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon(s) water
  • 1 whole-grain English muffin
  • 1 slice(s) American cheese
  • 1 piece(s) turkey bacon

Preparation

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, beat together 1 egg and 1 tablespoon water. Microwave for 40 seconds, flipping halfway through. Place on a toasted whole-grain English muffin with a slice of American cheese and a piece of turkey bacon broken into fourths.
