Bacon and Chive Breadcrumbs

Give plain pasta over-the-top flavor with Bacon and Chive Breadcrumbs.

- 2 bacon slices
- 2 ounces torn baguette
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, and remove from pan using a slotted spoon. Crumble. Pulse torn baguette in a food processor for coarse crumbs. Add the breadcrumbs to drippings in pan; cook 2 minutes or until toasted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in bacon and chives.
