Give plain pasta over-the-top flavor with Bacon and Chive Breadcrumbs.
Serves 8 (serving size: about 1 1/2 tablespoons)

2 bacon slices
2 ounces torn baguette
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, and remove from pan using a slotted spoon. Crumble. Pulse torn baguette in a food processor for coarse crumbs. Add the breadcrumbs to drippings in pan; cook 2 minutes or until toasted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in bacon and chives.
