    This was so easy and tasty. I used Feta instead of blue cheese. I had two different types of crackers to go with. It went so fast, I only had to wash the bowl!!

    Prepared this recipe the night before a tailgate. Used Gorgonzola crumbles instead of Blue Cheese and served with Wheat Thins crackers. Very tasty but way too thin. Next time I will use less sour cream (1/4 cup) and more cream cheese (5-6 oz). Will also process the sour cream, cream cheese, hot sauce and diced onion then fold in the Gorgonzola and bacon to make a chunkier spread. Overall a good recipe that just needs a little "tweaking".

    Made as is and there was way too much blue cheese. Up until now, I didn't know that was possible. Will not be making again.
