Bacon Cheese Dip
Beware...this dip is highly addictive!
Yield: 6 to 7 cups
- 1 pound bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Optional: 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- Assorted crackers
- Mix together all ingredients except crackers; chill. Serve with crackers.
