Bacon Cheese Dip

Bacon and cheddar cheese are the perfect match for this addictive dip that's the perfect appetizer for any party.  Serve with an assortment of crackers.

Yield:

6 to 7 cups

Ingredients

1 pound bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
2 (8-oz.) pkgs. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup chopped pecans
Optional: 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
Assorted crackers

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except crackers; chill. Serve with crackers.
