Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup(s) 2% milk
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bacon strip, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

  1. • In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, onion, butter, salt and pepper. Pour into a shallow 3-cup baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 12-15 minutes or until eggs are set.
