Bacon-and-Leek Tart

Delicious and easy; this makes a meal in itself, but would also be good with a salad.

Yum! This was really tasty and very easy to make. I only used two leeks and that was plenty. This would be a perfect appetizer using puff pastry shells.

This tart was a big hit at a family party. I too only used two leeks, and found that that was plenty. The good news? I have two more leeks and the other half of my puff pastry! I can make another one!
