Bacon-and-Leek Quiche

    I cut this recipe in half to make one quiche. It was really tasty. Don't cheap out on the cheese. The cave aged gruyere is a bit expensive but has a wonderful flavor. I will always make quiche with a pre-baked crust from now on. It was thin and stayed crisp
