Baby Kale Salad

We shaved carrots with a vegetable peeler to add color and flavor to our Baby Kale Salad. Serve with our homemade dressing or your favorite store-bought dressing.
- Baby kale or spinach leaves
- Prepared salad dressing (optional)
- Toss baby kale or spinach leaves with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper (or your favorite prepared salad dressing). Add carrots, shaved with a vegetable peeler, for color and flavor.
