Just made these for a Gourmet Club Brunch and everyone liked them. They are easy and taste great. It is difficult to find appetizers for a brunch but this worked very well. I would also make them for other occasions.

Made these and they were easy! The recipe doesn't say what kind of red pepper to use, so I used smoke paprika.
