- 1 whole(s) avocado diced
- 2 teaspoon(s) italian parsley chopped
- 2 whole(s) scallions thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl! Season to taste with kosher salt. That's it!
