Avocado Salsa

Super delicious spin on guacamole using diced [somewhat] firm avocados. Double and triple the recipe - this one doesn't last long!

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados barely ripe and firm, diced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 jalapenos charred, skinned and seeded
  • 2 green onions chopped fine
  • 2 clove(s) garlic crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 4 tablespoon(s) cilantro chopped fine

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and serve. Will keep in refrigerator if covered for 24-48 hours.
