- 2 avocados barely ripe and firm, diced
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 jalapenos charred, skinned and seeded
- 2 green onions chopped fine
- 2 clove(s) garlic crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 4 tablespoon(s) cilantro chopped fine
- Mix all ingredients and serve. Will keep in refrigerator if covered for 24-48 hours.
