Avocado Salsa

Yield Makes about 2 1/3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups chopped firm-ripe tomatoes (8 oz.)
  • 1 cup diced firm-ripe avocado (about 8 oz.)
  • 1/3 cup minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh jalapeño chilies
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt

How to Make It

  1. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, avocado, onion, chilies, lime juice, and cilantro. Mix gently and add salt to taste.
