  • Yield: Makes 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
