Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups chopped firm-ripe tomatoes (8 oz.)
- 1 cup diced firm-ripe avocado (about 8 oz.)
- 1/3 cup minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh jalapeño chilies
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, avocado, onion, chilies, lime juice, and cilantro. Mix gently and add salt to taste.
