Avocado Salsa

Yield Makes 3 cups


  • 4 avocados, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

How to Make It
